FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, PLEASEYOUR THEATRE, INC. ANNOUNCES VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION CHILI AND CHOWDER SUPPERAs part of National Community Theatre Week, April 18-25, 1998, Your Theatre, Inc. will celebrate the achievements of it's volunteers and the joy of avocational theatre with a Chili and Chowder Supper, April 17, 7:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the theatre located at 71 Maxfield Street, New Bedford, Ma.The event is open to all area community theater volunteers. Admission is $2.00. The supper is made possible by a generous contribution from The Wave Family Restaurants. Door prizes donated by other area businesses will be awarded during a short ceremony at 8 p.m. National Community Theatre Week is a program of the American Association of Community Theatre (AACT), the national network for the country's 7000+ community theatres. National Community Theatre Week celebrates the efforts of volunteer theatre artists and audiences who have made community theatre the most attended and active art form in the United States. The week long celebration is supported nationally by a grant from Stage Directions magazine.
