FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, PLEASEYOUR THEATRE INC. ANNOUNCES "ORPHANS"New Bedford - Your Theatre will present "ORPHANS" by Lyle Kessler on Feb. 2 through Feb. 12, 2000 at the Maxfield Street playhouse.Directed by Edward J. Maguire of Fairhaven, the production features Michael J. FitzGerald, Jr., Dennis Amaral and Al Vitale. The story concerns two adult brothers. The older brother supports himself and his slightly retarded brother by petty thievery. One night he brings home a rich guy to get him drunk and roll him. It turns out that the guy, Harold, is very rich and on the lam from people who want to kill him. Harold moves in and establishes the house as a hideout. In a strange, hilarious, moving way, he becomes the father figure the boys have never had and always yearned for.
