FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, PLEASEYOUR THEATRE INC. ANNOUNCES MAY SHOWNew Bedford - Your Theatre's will present "HOW THE OTHER HALF LOVES" by Alan Ayckbourn from May 7 to May 17, 2003 at 71 Maxfield St. in New Bedford.Directed by Edward J. Maguire of Fairhaven, this farce mixes three warring couples; two living rooms on one set and a double dining-room table accommodating two dinners taking place on consecutive nights - but actually happening on stage at the same time. What follows includes a maligned couple without a clue, the misinformed spouses playing catch up, the guilty parties working overtime to cover up, infidelity, unfortunate blunders and finally, utter confusion. Each movement of the play adds fat to the comic fire and convoluted complications strike to the roots of humanity. You'll laugh, but as with most Ayckbourn plays, you'll be given plenty to think about too. Tickets are $8 on Wed., Thu, and Sun., $10 on Fri. and Sat.
