FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, PLEASEYOUR THEATRE INC.'S TAKING LEAVE CASTNew Bedford - Your Theatre will present "TAKING LEAVE" by Nagle Jackson from Mar. 24 to Apr. 3, 2004 at 71 Maxfield St. in New Bedford.Directed by Cynthia J. Messier of Fairhaven, the cast includes Rosemary Ann Correia of Taunton, Lee J. Fortier and Carol Oliva of Fairhaven, Stephen R. Kay of Swansea, Beth Lecuyer of New Bedford, and Katie van der Sleesen of Tiverton. This rich dramatic comedy is a celebration of life. A Shakespearean scholar finds his intellectual powers giving way to the ravages of Alzheimer's disease. Shadows of his favorite play, King Lear, are evoked as his three daughters argue over health care and family history. His journey is often humorous, and provokes a great deal of compassionate laughter. Tickets are $10 on Wed., Thu, and Sun., $12 on Fri. and Sat.
