Jason has cast aside his wife, Medea, to further his career by marrying the King's daughter. The King, knowing of Medea's reputed magical powers and fearing for his daughter's safety, exiles Medea and her two young sons. Medea, overwhelmed by jealousy, grief and hate, gains revenge by bringing about the death of the King and His Daughter. However, this is not enough.
